This is a guy who is going against conventional wisdom and actually using the body how it's supposed to be used. He is a runner who runs barefoot. before you watch this you have to understand that there is not a single study done that says running shoes of any sort diminish or prevent any running injuries. It's actually the opposite, In some cases the shoes actually cause the injuries. Watch and enjoy.
